You are born with certain DNA. Your eye color. That's part of your genetic makeup. How tall you are. That, too, comes from your DNA. The DNA of Greatness, however, is built and developed. After more than three decades of studying and applying principles across all ares of my life, I've developed a system to help people reach their own Greatness and teach that same approach to others. whether it be students you teach, athletes you coach, or your children whom you parent.

Whether it's a sports team or a corporation; whether it's young people or seasoned professionals, I teach people how to achieve greatness by applying 5 Simple Steps that I've refined and perfected over the years. These 5 steps can be adopted and used by anyone and to achieve any goal.

Speeches and "Talks"
Whether in a smaller setting such as a classroom or boardroom or in a much larger setting in a full gymnasium or auditorium, whether to young students or seasoned professionals, I deliver talks ranging from 30 to 90 minutes guaranteed to inspire and motivate change and growth.
Workshops & Multi-Day Events
My methods for self-development and growth are best learned with immediate application. Via One-Day Workshops or Multi-Day Events, the extended time allows for breakout sessions where participants can fully immerse themselves in the tools guaranteed for success.
Continued Curriculum
I teach something I call the "What-How-Why" Learning Progression. Simply put, it means there are levels of intimate knowledge created with repetition. Incorporating my philosophies & tools into regular instruction allows for an impressive success rate of those able to achieve their true potential.
