Be Better Than Yesterday!Meet Coach Bobby
Bobby Bluford has spent the better part of FIVE DECADES hunting greatness. As a young child of a military man (His father, Robert Sr., served 23 years in the U.S. Army), he struggled to find his identity. That is until sports saved him.
Football is Coach Bobby's first love. After a successful pursuit of his dream of playing at a high level, Bobby soon discovered that football was never meant to be a destination, but a foundation.
He now teaches what he has learned about mindset, habits, and self-discipline to people of all ages and in all areas of life, helping them hunt their own greatness.

MIND
Achieving at a high level in sports comes down to a few key principles. These principles- Coach Bobby's 5 Steps to Greatness- can be applied to anything, including all of the challenges young people face. What these steps are and how to apply them to accomplish anything in life- school, sports, dreams and goals, relationships- will be taught in detail through instruction, workshops, and individual classroom work.

BODY
Regardless of genetic makeup, all student-athletes possess the ability to be and do more than they realize. Through extensive training, athletes will learn the fundamentals of speed and strength development, as well as key agility skills necessary for success in sports. Athletes will also learn fundamentals of nutrition and recovery so they can begin to make better decisions with regards to diet and recovery.

SPIRIT
Many- maybe most- student-athletes go through periods of extreme excitement, optimism about the various parts of their lives, including academics and extracurricular activities Unfortunately, most also experience periods when they lack motivation and self-discipline. In the BTY Symposium, Coach Bobby motivates attendees through story, anecdotes, and easy to follow lessons, helping students understand how to live the life they want and dream.
