It can take a long time to master the many exercises we do to work the different muscles of the body. Speed that process up by having Coach demonstrate and help.
Group Coaching Calls
Many PermaFit alumni say the best part of the program is the "Wolf Pack". Regular Coaching Calls allow Coach Bobby to dive deep into topics and the group dynamic is encouraging and fun.
